This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Business Frontline Review website, digital magazine, mobile site, applications, newsletters, and any other service or content offered by Business Frontline Review (collectively, "the Service"), regardless of how it is distributed, transmitted, or accessed.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
§ 2.1 Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement is binding on all individuals, organisations, and automated systems that access, visit, or use the Service, whether acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity — including persons, entities, or digital engines of any kind that harvest, crawl, index, scrape, spider, or mine digital content by automated or manual process.
§ 2.2 Editorial & Publication Standards
Business Frontline Review is an independent business media publication. All editorial content is subject to our editorial guidelines. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or edit any contributed article, interview, press release, or opinion piece at our sole discretion. Publication does not imply endorsement of the views expressed.
§ 2.3 User Accounts & Registration
To access certain features — including premium content, newsletter subscriptions, or award nominations — you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with third parties.
- Notify us immediately at legal@businessfrontlinereview.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
§ 2.4 Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions to the digital magazine, premium content, or events are subject to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rata refunds unless required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
§ 2.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including articles, interviews, rankings, lists, photographs, graphics, logos, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of Business Frontline Review or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent. Limited quotation for editorial or journalistic commentary is permitted provided proper attribution is given and a link back to the original source is included.
§ 2.6 User-Submitted Content
If you submit articles, opinion pieces, press releases, letters, comments, or other content to the Service, you grant Business Frontline Review a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to publish, distribute, and adapt that content across all platforms and formats. You warrant that:
- You own or have the rights to submit the content.
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- The content does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or harmful material.
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.
§ 2.7 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content using automated tools without our written permission.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or phishing attempts.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of any submitted content.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
§ 2.8 Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertising or sponsored content. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party content or practices. Links are provided for convenience only; you access third-party sites at your own risk.
Clearly labelled sponsored content, advertorials, and native advertising reflect the views of the sponsor, not necessarily those of Business Frontline Review's editorial team.
§ 2.9 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BUSINESS FRONTLINE REVIEW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Content on the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or business advice.
§ 2.10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUSINESS FRONTLINE REVIEW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
§ 2.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Business Frontline Review and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submitted content.
§ 2.12 Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Business Frontline Review operates.
§ 2.13 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
